The Lupus Research Alliance, the world’s leading private funder of lupus research, is a National Research & Advocacy Partner of Lupus Foundation of Northern California. Lupusresearch.org. ​The Lupus Research Alliance supports a wealth of promising lupus research at University of California, San Francisco and University of California, Berkeley. Dr. Maria Dall’Era at University of California, San Francisco serves as Vice Chair of the Steering Committee overseeing the Lupus Research Alliance’s Lupus Clinical Investigators Network (LuCIN). LuCIN is a network of 59 prestigious academic research medical centers such as Stanford University and University of California, San Francisco. 

Northern California Rheumatology Society
The NCRS is a professional organization of rheumatologists in Northern California. The mission of the NCRS is to provide for the advancement of the care of patients with rheumatic and related diseases, through the professional development of its members, via educational programs on recent scientific advances in the field and practice of rheumatology and related medical specialties.
