Chef & Co-Owner, Tamra Mediterranean Grill
Esam grew-up working in local restaurants and selling fresh produce at local farmers markets in Israel and Palestine. This early exposure to some of the world’s finest fresh ingredients from the Mediterranean inspired him to bring authentic, unique, and healthy cuisine to California. He is graciously sharing his own seasonal "mocktail" and cocktail creations and experiences with you, to inspire a season of giving and joy.
