About Setareh Banisadr
Setareh Banisadr is a lupus patient, longtime volunteer at the LFNC and graduate student pursuing her master’s degree in Integrative Health. She has held training, sales, and mentorship roles in the healthcare sector for the last 14 years and has 6 years of experience in patient education. She has worked for fortune 500 companies such as Allergan, AbbVie and Astra Zeneca.
Through turning around her own health through healthy lifestyle practices, she became fascinated by what patients with autoimmune disease could do to help themselves. She received a health coaching certificate in 2013 from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York and an advanced coaching certificate in 2022 from the California Institute for Integral Studies in San Francisco. She is the founder of Setareh Health where she coaches clients with chronic diseases 1 on 1 to help them make the behavior changes they seek to improve their health and overall well-being.
