It will be led by lupus patient, Setareh Banisadr and focus on teaching patients & caregivers varied techniques of living everyday life with lupus. Attendees are welcome to ask questions about common concerns and worries.

About Setareh Banisadr
Setareh Banisadr is a lupus patient, longtime volunteer at the LFNC and has her masters degree in Integrative Health. She has held training, sales, and mentorship roles in the healthcare sector for the last 14 years and has 6 years of experience in patient education. She has worked for fortune 500 companies such as Allergan, AbbVie and Astra Zeneca.
Through turning around her own health through healthy lifestyle practices, she became fascinated by what patients with autoimmune disease could do to help themselves. This set her on a path to receive a health coaching certificate in 2013 from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York, an advanced coaching certificate in 2022 and Masters degree in 2023 from the California Institute for Integral Studies in San Francisco. She is a health coach and founder of Setareh Health where she specializes in guiding and supporting patients with autoimmune diseases to take control of their health and feel more vibrant and energetic in their bodies.
