This year the Lupus Foundation of Northern California will hold 4 lupus health conferences for patients and their families, as well as medical providers. This first conference will be held VIRTUALLY and as the year progresses we hope to offer them in a hybrid format. The half-day program will feature physician speakers and noted researchers specializing in autoimmune and related diseases, followed by a patient panel discussion. The program focuses on the latest research/updates on lupus and diagnosis & treatments as well as progress of ongoing clinical trials. Three conferences will be offered in English and 1 in Spanish, the conferences are presented at a level most adult lupus patients and families would understand.
This program is FREE to lupus patients, family members, health professionals and other interested parties. Registered nurses can receive 4.5 CEU credits when attending the conference for a cost of $30. The Lupus Foundation of Northern California is approved by the California Board of Registered Nurses, Provider Number 05677.
